Most sites have partial shade can not go wrong with any sites. Campground is close to road.

Recommendations:
- Exploring North Rim of Grand Canyon. Highly recommend drive to Cape Royal
- Mountain bike Greenway Trail on the Tusayan Ranger District
- Drive the 30 miles of the Great Western trail on the North Kaibab Ranger District overlay a number of existing dirt road
- Fish White Horse Lake on Williams Ranger District
- Hike one of the trails in Kaibab National Forest ?
- Explore Lake Jacob
