Our favorite sites:

Most sites have full and partial shade can not go wrong with any sites. Campground is close to road.

Wild life we experienced:

Deer ?, squirrels ?, birds, Moose were in the area, and Elk

Would we recommend?

Recommendations:

  1. Hike the trails inside Rocky Mountain National Park
  2. Enjoy the scenic highways around the campground
  3. Must drive the Old Trail Rd. inside Rocky Mountain National Park
  4. Explore The town of Estes Park & maybe see elks within the city
  5. Raft the nearby rivers
  6. Mountain bike or ATV the nearby trails
  7. The alpine lakes in National Park are great for a picnic ?
  8. Fly fish ? the streams
  9. Make a stop at the Stanley Hotel ? for the inspiration of Steven King’s the Shining
  10. Glacier Gorge within Rocky Mountain NP is outstanding
  11. Fly through the air on the Estes Park Ariel Tramway
  12. Relax
